Buffalo Chicken Dip
Instructions
- 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- 3
Add the buffalo hot sauce and garlic powder to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until fully incorporated.
- 4
Fold in the shredded chicken, 1.5 cups of the cheddar cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
- 5
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x9 inch baking dish or an oven-safe skillet, spreading it evenly.
- 6
Top with the remaining cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and blue cheese crumbles.
- 7
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and slightly golden.
- 8
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions.
- 9
Serve hot with celery sticks, carrot sticks, tortilla chips, or crackers.
