Instructions

    Break each graham cracker in half to create 16 squares total

    Place 8 graham cracker squares on a flat surface and top each with 1-2 chocolate bar pieces

    If using a campfire: Thread marshmallows onto roasting sticks and hold over the fire, rotating slowly until golden brown and gooey inside

    If using an oven: Set broiler to high, place marshmallows on a baking sheet lined with parchment, and broil for 1-2 minutes watching carefully until golden

    If using a kitchen torch: Place marshmallows on a heat-safe surface and torch until golden brown all over

    Quickly transfer the hot marshmallow onto the chocolate-topped graham cracker

    Top with remaining graham cracker square and press gently to create a sandwich

    Let rest for 30 seconds to allow chocolate to melt slightly before serving...
