Ingredients

  • 6 slices white bread
  • 8 strips bacon
  • 200 g sliced turkey breast
  • 150 g sliced ham
  • 4 leaves lettuce leaves
  • 1 large tomato
  • 60 ml mayonnaise
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 sprinkle salt to taste
  • 1 sprinkle black pepper to taste

Instructions

    Cook bacon strips in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Transfer to paper towels to drain.

    Toast all 6 slices of bread until golden brown.

    Slice the tomato into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

    Spread mayonnaise on one side of each toast slice.

    For the first layer: place turkey, lettuce, and tomato on the mayo side of one toast. Season tomato with salt and pepper.

    Place a second toast slice on top, mayo side down. Spread mayo on the top side.

    For the second layer: add ham, cheese, bacon strips, and remaining lettuce.

    Top with the third toast slice, mayo side down.

    Gently press the sandwich together and secure with toothpicks in each quarter.
