- • 360 ml milk of choice
- • 30 ml honey or maple syrup
- • 5 ml vanilla extract
- • 1 sprinkle salt

Blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy with no visible chunks.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup, then blend again briefly.
